Coors Brewery

Compass was contracted by Schaefer to install a depalletising unit within the Coors Brewery in Tadcaster. Using proven clamping head technology for layer weights up to 800kg the Schaefer equipment was ideal for the job. We also installed a separate Schaefer handling locator board with lifting device and special chain conveyors.

Capacities of the installed equipment:
From 400 to 1100 Keg per hour, 200 locator boards per hour
Handling of four different programmes:
50, 82, 100 and 164 litre kegs
11, 18, 22 and 36 litre kegs
